My mom has completely put her own needs aside to come up to Nashville from Jacksonville and care for me while I undergo cancer treatment. Even though she has been going through a very difficult time in her life (just out of a divorce and trying to find employment) she put all of that on the back burner for a whole year and depleted her entire savings account in order to care for me while I was ill. Finally, after we found out that I was in remission, my mom came up and helped me plan my wedding, where we were able to celebrate health and life. My mom is the most loving parent anyone could ever ask for.
